Customer Solution Specialist

Our team is looking for a Customer Solution Specialist to join us in enhancing and growing our well-established, web-based Learning and Development Platform. Our platform is targeted towards providing learning and HR solutions for the unique needs of the retail industry.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized and can help drive our company and product forward with new ideas and creative solutions. You’ll work closely with customers to help the utilize our platform to achieve their objectives.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Brainstorm solution possibilities with customers

  • Managing and responding to support desk tickets

  • Weekly project management meetings with customers

  • Onboarding new customers and managing implementation timelines

  • Training customers on the platform

  • Quality Assurance and managing user acceptance testing

  • Running test scenarios and documenting outcomes

 

You're Perfect for this Role If:

  • You have strong organizational, communication and relationship building skills

  • You're willing to work directly with clients both virtually and on location (travel required)

  • You're extremely comfortable with data-driven web-based applications

  • You have strong Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data visualization

  • You have a strong understanding of software development processes

  • You're inspired and motivated by the need to discover creative solutions

  • You're excited about Learning and Development

  • You enjoy wearing multiple hats with broad responsibility

 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Microsoft Office

  • Presentation Skills

  • Prior experience in Learning Management System administration

  • Prior experience with Learning & Development or Retail

  • MS SQL Server is a plus
