Our team is looking for an Assistant Product Manager to join us in enhancing and growing our well-established, web-based Learning and Development Platform. Our platform is targeted towards providing learning and HR solutions for the unique needs of the retail industry.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized and can help drive our company and product forward with new ideas and creative solutions. You’ll work closely with customers to help the platform adapt to their needs as well as with our team of developers to design new features and improvements.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Attending and eventually run design meetings

• Coordinating software development 

• Documenting and communicate project requirements including creating wireframe mockups

• Validating and measure project requirements

• You have strong organizational and communication skills

• You’re willing to work directly with clients both virtually and on location (travel required)

• You have a strong eye for design and an interest in Layout and UI/UX

• You have a strong understanding of software development processes

• You are inspired and motivated by the need to discover creative solutions

• You are excited about Learning and Development 

• You enjoy wearing multiple hats with broad responsibility

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, XD 

• Microsoft Office

• Moderate understanding HTML/CSS

• Familiarity with wire framing/prototyping tools

• Presentation Skills

• Prior experience with Learning & Development or Retail
