--- title: AEM Projects description: Our AEM experience includes content conversion, template creation, writing, media aggregation, graphic design, development, video, animation, and more! --- # AEM Projects We have worked hand-in-hand with the teams at both Walmart and Sam’s Club to create engaging and informative content in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).  We love working together as vendor partners to keep content fresh and interesting for everyone involved.  We are an approved supplier with VDI permissions, which means we are ready to go immediately upon project launch – so put us to work!  Our team of experts has experience in both authoring and developing content, as well as creating dynamic media to really make it pop!  We can assist with content conversion, template creation, writing, media aggregation, graphic design, development and programming, video production, animation, and any other step along the way!   ## **Featured Content:** ### **Manager Quality Program** The objective of the MQ Program was to enhance the overall success of Sam's Club's in-club leadership by developing a framework around identifying, developing, managing, and rewarding talent. Reflection Software partnered with the Sam’s Club team to create 3 unique sites depending on the audience (Field, Supply Chain, or Health & Wellness). The resulting learning experience spanned over 1500 pages in total and included Spanish equivalents for each of those pages. In addition to spearheading the breadth of AEM development (including the innovative use of blueprints maximize the efficiency of shared content), we developed several assets for MQ including infographics, Guides, and illustrations. Our team supported Sam’s Club on the SME discovery sessions, scripting of lessons, AEM development, and Guide creation for the Café and Produce areas. This “fresh” take on Fresh training saw the development of content organized by relevancy and scope: if the content pertained to all of Sam’s Club, just the Fresh department, or only the specific area (Produce or Café). A special focus was placed on developing activities that associates could complete in the flow of work, along with weekly activities that put the learning into action through practice and coaching. ## **Other AEM Projects Over the Years** Throughout the past 10 years, we have partnered with Sam's Club and Walmart to successfully deploy a number of different projects within the AEM environment.
